- [ ] go downstairs, pee + brush teeth
- [ ] drink 2 cups of water, fill the cup again + go upstairs
- [ ] do yoga for 10-15 min outside <OR> meditate for 10-15 min upstairs
- [ ] turn on pc + stretch while it's turning on
- [ ] select #inspiration or #focus playlist
- [ ] take a look at open thoughts/projects and see what grabs my eye
- [ ] focus session quick prep
