why delegate it? why would you want SOPs in a business? so you have leverage. so you're not the bottleneck. same thing, but for your personal life. you aren't a very good CEO if you're constantly overwhelmed.
it's not about being productive though, it's about designing your reality. to do that, you need to understand and manage its building blocks.
